Firstly, I would like to thank you for your order with WeVapeUSA, and appreciate your choosing us for your purchase. I regret to inform you the following update with relation to a your most recent purchases.

Due to unforeseen circumstances our Merchandise to fulfill orders has not arrived at our facilities, and are unable to fulfill your order. Due to the nature of delay we do not expect to see the arrival of these packages to our facility for another 7-10 Business Days. We have confirmed a replacement order this morning to replenish our stock in the event the shipment is not released in a timely fashion. We expect the new shipment to arrive in 7-10 Business Days as well. We kindly ask your understanding with the matter, and continued patience to allow us to fulfill your order. However in the event this is not what you would like to do, one of our associates can gladly assist you with any changes you would like to be arranged. Please allow us the courtesy of assisting you resolve and provide updates for any of your questions.

LATEST UPDATE June 10/2020

We have confirmed, our shipment has been picked up by the shipping carrier. This is great news since we are 1 step closer to fulfilling your orders. Shipping internationally during a pandemic is really a nightmare, and usually means longer than usual transit times. We hope to begin shipping out our back-orders on June 17th. We do understand for some customers this delay has really affected their everyday life, and we are truly upset for the unforeseen delays. We thank you for your continued confidence with our company and promise to deliver your orders in a timely fashion.

LATEST UPDATE June 20/2020

We have confirmed, our shipment has arrived in the USA. The shipment is in customs clearance at the moment. We hope this process can be complete in 24hrs. This is great news, since we will begin shipping all back orders. The long wait has finally paid off. Our warehouse will begin fulfilling orders as soon as we receive the shipment. Please allow 1-2 business days from Shipping date for tracking to show updates. The post office is relatively slow. Thank you for your understanding and patience with the matter.
